Kory and Kaitlin "TAKE OUR HANDS" We can not ease your aching heart nor take your pain away But let us stay and take your hand and walk with you today. We'll listen when you need to talk We'll wipe away your tears We'll share your worries when they come We'll help you face your fears We're here and we will stand by you Each hill you have to climb So take our hands, let's face the world Live one day at a time You're not alone, for we're still here We'll go the extra mile And when your grief is easier We'll help you learn to smile. -Author Unknown This is a picture that Kaitlin gave to Kory Kaitlin and Kory were involved in a car accident on April 5, 1999 that claimed both of their precious lives. Instantly, they entered into God's kingdom together. The thought of their endless laughter and happiness bouncing off the ends of heaven, gives their families much solace within the overwhelming grief. We know that we will see them both again when we are called to Him, in heaven, as well. Kaitlin's family has also created a website in her memory. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
